I don't know, but to me this is not a hard trance, it's more like speed trance or hyper trance. I don't think hard trance is about bpm. Hard trance to me is slower but "juicer" bass and all the other components. This is too happy. Something more along the lines of this tune: tube.com/watch?v=wiyDKUrilrw I've heard different mix heavier than this and entire album was just bitch slaping.
