What's more is the labeling and the insulting that goes with being diagnosed. WSH does not believe in temporary psychosis and believes if a person has been psychotic then they require antipsychotic medications for the rest of their lives. This is BS and I am proof of that. The artificial sweetener aspartame is the only thing I can think of that ever make me psychotic and it did a good job, but when I stopped consuming it I immediately got better and the risperdal doesn't help.

I really hate the abuse! I hate the perverts! Perverts are an epidemic at WSH and that included staff! And what I hate more than that is the "don't be anorexic or get forcefed" thing they do. They threatened to forcefeed me and that distressed me. And my friends are abused in that way too but I can see it hurts the staff's soal when they try to coerce someone into eating. But it is pretty in summer time and I am getting thinner by running around the new WSH campus. Don't consume aspartame

Yes, this is the the dorm for the people that worked there. It is not the actual hospital. I grew up next to the Park and we would ride our bikes up there and in the park. We saw it when it was still standing... still had some of the old beds in there. I think we took pictures back then... have to search for them...

I went to this place back in about 2006. It had an intensely unstable, sociopathic atmosphere to it that I haven't really gotten from other "asylums", though I have no doubt that the abuse was of a similar level at all of them.

STILL too this day you can STILL hear the electricity from the electrical room , and when you go by that pond you can hear an old lasy scream and i saw orbs ( well my buddies ) and everythings looks different i diddnt know all that shit was up there . the hill that it was on look Waaaayyy different ... Thats cool .

i work at western state hospital as an MHT and i can tell u that that was a dorm for the patients that worked on the farm which is what we all know as ft. steilacoom park. they recently tore it down and built a memorial in its place.

I went there and while i was there i heard foot steps behind me, i though it was my little brother but it turns out no one was there, we also heard grown men screaming from what sounded like at a distance. hella creepy

Yea that place was pretty cool. spent most of my summers chillin there. Sucks SOOooo bad that they tore it down. Use to tag there a lot actually saw one of my really old sigs in the video too lol. Once use to the old place it wasn't really scary anymore...
