I like Fontaine's JP voice! But nothing like the original.
The battle is über easy with the Chemical Thrower, but it's no fun that way. Heat-seeking rockets and alternative ammo are the best resource! And elemental Plasmids of course.
I think the Japanese just discounted this as being another 'western' game and didn't pay much attention to it. If it doesn't have moeblobs, androgynous heroes, decades-old gameplay and girls with huge tits and stockings, the Japanese usually don't like it. It's a pity, because Bioshock has better writing than most of what comes out of the Japanese development companies anyway.
Well it hasn't been released yet there has it? Don't worry, I'm sure it will have a japanese voice cast. It's great for me to hear it because I'm learning japanese and studying it through video games is a good way to start ^_^
What!? how can that be? I have account on nico nico douga and I found a ton of bioshock videos there. Most of them run-throughs with commentary and they seemed pretty popular and if bioshock wasn't able to get a japanese voice cast for their second game, how is it that the ENTIRE Halo series has been dubbed! Halo even has it's own anime anthology now! I mean, Halo is an okay game but its not THAT great. Its no where near as good as Bioshock or MGS. (By the way, you speak good English)

UNCHARTED2 and Assassins Creed2 have Japanese voice.Both of them are not so popular, sales around 100000 copies.I guess publisher think making Japanese voice is waste of money...

No, not yet. It will release on March 4 in Japan.
Unfortunately the publisher said no Japanese voice.
