Beginning with the head level places the back in a nuetral alignment. The weight should be in the legs, not the back. If you can't wiggle your toes, you're too far forward. By the way, it's only 65 pounds.
theyre using regulation plates that you dont find in commercial gyms, could be 15- 25 lbs on each side, def not 135, a snatch with form like that at 135 is a bit nuts
looks like pretty unsafe form picking that bar up bent over with head down. Is that 135 lbs?
