  • looks like pretty unsafe form picking that bar up bent over with head down. Is that 135 lbs?

  • Beginning with the head level places the back in a nuetral alignment. The weight should be in the legs, not the back. If you can't wiggle your toes, you're too far forward. By the way, it's only 65 pounds.

  • theyre using regulation plates that you dont find in commercial gyms, could be 15- 25 lbs on each side, def not 135, a snatch with form like that at 135 is a bit nuts
