In addition, there is the wikipedia-article talking about the numourous studies that show a high-percentage of men suffereing permanent impotence

@twosure94 But you can never prove it unless you have taken it. These symptoms may occur as - side effects. Which means that discontinuing the drug will bring things back to normal. I myself was precribed proscar, 1mg a day. I won't drink it because there is a better and more safe one - Saw Palmetto. It's also an anti-androgen but more natural. If this drug was that dangerous they would have put it out of market immediately. Since they didn't , it means that it's working for some people.

I believe in europe, they have issued a black-box warning that Propecia causes permanent impotence in young men. There are also several doctors who have gone on youtube talking about the problems that their patient have had with propecia .

@twosure94 No, no, no, no, and once again NO. I need physical proof. Internet is filled with crap and fake videos. I need a video where an actual person on national televison in USA stating without any fear that he had taken the drug and it caused impotence. Otherwise nothing proves nothing.

I first, I thought you (and everybody else complaining about propecia) were complete lunatics !

But this weekend: I saw a television-commercial advertising the Propecia-Lawsuits on AMC !!! ... and I saw a news-segment on Quebec television talking the permanent-problems with Finasteride !

Holyshit !!! I was very close to taking that fucking drug !!! The only reason I hesitated, was because of the youtube rantings from the victims !!

I work at Merck and I can assure all of you that Propecia has no side-effects.

All these men who claim that Propecia caused them "Irreversible Impotence" are all a bunch of hypochondriacs.

In addition, do not search "Propecia Side Effects Forums" on google. Those websites are loaded with viruses that will destroy your harddrive. So DON'T SEARCH THEM!

Propecia does work but it does have side effects, we did a survey an 90% of people had side effects from moderate to severe.

I've used it for 7 years (propecia).

I've not had any side effects.

During that time, I've seen lots of crazy people spout nonsense about Propecia. These people are now bald and they started off with more hair than me.

how would you know what study am I refering too ? can you read spanish ? .. if so, please visit our forum, foro recuperar el pelo and you can see the study for yourself. Nobody was complaining, we just asked all of the users on propecia to give us their feedback. I use it and I have side effects
