buy an ebay torbo kit with everything in it send the turbo to blaastperformance.dotcom and have it built with garrett internals and it will last forever. so you got 1300 in a turbo build compared to 5500 for others and still have a reliable turbo. im going on 2yrs with no problems with my ebay turbo. and yes put a restrictor on it. the housings on the ebay turbos are good its just the cheap parts they put into them that sucks.

Its a twin turbo and the exhaust was completely removed, It was running straight down pipes! very loud :)
