If you happened to die in the game (wich like in any other megaten game it could happen A LOT) you would get the game soiled fuck away, I mean they show you all the shadow bosses, Teddie as a Party Memeber and his shadow, the only thing they didn't show was Adachi Screaming BITCHES AND WHORES! XD

Those glasses are supposed to help them see through the fog inside the other world, where all those monsters are.

I don't know, maybe they got the idea from Digimon season 3.

but isnt the concept cool? you have to face your fears to bring out the "being" that resides within you. it's like your forcing urself to bring our ur true potential... evokers are damn cool too, they just look like guns :P I asked my friends why the animation of p4's persona summoning is like that (card breaking or jewel breaking) and he said it wasn't explained in-game. is this true?

I know this is a very late response, but the card breaking might be relted to the fact that the persona's have groups like "fool" or "magician" which are also the names of certain Tarot Cards.

No. Persona 3 and 4 are in the same universe but are in two completely different settings. You can play Persona4 right away. In other words...BUY THE DAMN THING IS AWESOME!

Persona 4 Takes place a year after 3.

and in persona 4 sometime late in game you will travel to the area of Persona 3.

If you want to get the references made to persona 3 you will have to play it first.

imo, Persona 4 is a lot more fun after you play Persona 3. =D I suppose it's good either way, but P4 makes some references to stuff in P3, and it's just fun to see your favorite hangouts from P3 being moved into P4.

You don't really see too much of Port Island. You see Gekkoukan, the ramen shop, the pervy blvd., and of course, the club with the P3 theme playing..........Best part of the game. I loved drunk Rise and Yukiko. ^_^

I played Persona 3 FES and I really didn't find anything mature about it at all I'm 15 if that helps. I mean some things like classic teenage guy slang that can be offensive but no sex scenes or even violence.

Its the language that probably gives the "M" rating. It kinda does get annoying that some characters (two I can think in particular at this point in time), swear pretty constantly.
