Goto the audio plugin setting and enable sync game to audio.

Also, did you ever set up the emulator settings the right way?

Ill do the syncing thing, but no I never knew there were altered settings. I just downloaded the ROM and emulator and started playing.

Advanced block linking should be ON. Coding method should be check memory advance. Counter factor should be 3.
