CNN was saying the bill has for the patients to be in a database long with their doctors. And the doctors will be answerable to the Secretary of Health who is appointed by Obama. They will be graded if they give tests that aren't needed but how will Obama's secretary of health know if they were needed or not. What critirea will they use? age? sex? disable or not? sick or very sick? race? That is what I am asking.
