terrorism is commonly understood to refer to guerilla warfare by a certain group of people who are utterly dedicated to a set of behaviours that hurts a great many people, constantly, even in times of peace
we within western society do not, in fact do this
human rights are not rights, they are desired as rights, and one does their best to make them so, even using force
This guy is twice as conservative as harper.. he joined the liberal party to attract votes from about everywhere in canada.. well done..
as for a new election.. i dont think it's going to happen anytime soon.. i mean the bloc doesnt want election, and the conservative party has similar thoughts so basicaly.. he's playing his best cards before the game has even started, risky but not smart.

HARPER IS DOING FINE???!! What country are you living in? Almost a billion dollars in debt announced in the last budget and hundreds of thousands of people out of work. Yeah he is doing a great job.
haha yes! why can't he be a REAL liberal and ignore saddam, ignore the us, and just assure everyone that all of our problems can be solved with rainbows and kittens and lollipops!
harper only wanted to go to Iraq because Bush was going to Iraq, he had no reason, he just wanted to do what the Americans were doing, what are great "allies" were doing. well thank you mr Chretien for saying no

Iggy's reasons for Iraq was to rid of Hussein for his own crimes of humanity. He changed his mind when the Bush Christian Fascist Administration showed their real reasons for going to Iraq. Harper, on the other hand said that Bush winning was a great thing for the world and called Chretien a coward for not going to Iraq, but without intelligent reasons. Harper wanted to go for only ideological reasons. Go iggy!
Only a lewd opportunist would have played the Quebec card for no other reason than to pander to a known grievance for his own ambitions. What a shallow creep.

Apparently an honest polititian does exist and he clearly has the balls to tell you the hard truth.
Do you have the understanding or "progressiveness to listen?"

This has nothing to do with Harper. This is about the Liberal party of Canada.

Quotes taken out of context give no indication of the nuances of a position. Go read something by Michael Ignatieff, please.
