I think a real good Name for the Vessels of Opportunity, should be renamed as the vessels of Missed Opportunity. Thanks BP, Coast Guard for NOTHING.

You have taken the lives away from Millions and the Government allowed the Fox to Guard the Hen House. Where is the OUTRAGE in regard to this.

Captain Ritchie Russel - Dolphin Cruise Captain hired by BP as part of the "Vessels of Opportunity" program to help BP clean up the oil before it hit shore. These "Vessels of Opportunity" personnel were promised that any damage incurred to their boats during the cleanup duties would be taken care of by BP and their boats would be in the same structural and working condition at the end of the program as when they first started. BP did not fulfill their end of the agreement.

It is horrible that the powers that be still are victimizing the citizens of the Gulf region... Our poor ocean!!
