I like the double-end bag for teaching the hook. One thing I don't like about speed bags is the noise. It's quite annoying when you're trying to teach a bunch of young kids. I agree with Freddie, that a left hook is a more dangerous weapon than a right hand, but I'm not sure I'd trade it for a good right hand. Damn, his Parkijnson's hasn't affected his co-ordination ans speed. Freddie was a great boxer, just a tiny bit below the top rung. As a trainer, he's top rung.
