  • @ 4:49 i see two bubbles you said none!! U lier!!!

  • Great! Thank you! just got rid of my dust bubbles! :)

  • THANKS

  • Why do people waste $20 on screen protectors?! I got three for $1.85??

  • I ruined my first screen protector with dozens of dust particles before I saw this vid. very helpful. thumbs up no doubt. ca I suggest DOUBLE SIDED tape because dust can be on either side. rather then tying your fingers in knots

  • Scotch Tape! Genius!! What a lifesaver...

  • Either his ipad has lots of bubbles...... Or i am shit at putting a protector on :/

  • nice quick install

  • thank you guys, that was so helpful

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH !

    your video really helped me.

  • Thanks for this, it not only worked first time, but twice in a row and I would have made a real hash of it otherwise. Perfect.

  • i can see a bubble at 4:51 lol look on left side in the light

  • I've always had trouble with putting on screen protectors, but this video was very helpful. I only had to watch it once before I actually did it and it turned out great. Thanks!

  • great tape tip

  • fuck fuck fuck sorry but i did it wrong and wasted 20 bucks on a screen protecter now it has so many ittty bitty baby bubbles -_- any ideas how to get rid i cant do the credit card thing because it doesnt work it only works with big bubbles.

  • I used sand paper. :D

  • Thanks, this really helped a lot. It came out perfectly without any air bubbles and thanks for the tap trick there, I hesitated at first to use tap because I though the glue would stick and stain the protector or possible the screen.

  • Anti-glare or clear? Help me

  • it is fingerprint magnet

  • You can olso sit in front of a fan having it on max and aim it angled on you iPad CLOSE BY so no dust partial can land on the glas don't mind the flapering of the sheet ,,,,end what he says is olso fine ,,,but the fan wil eliminate any dust particle from falling down

  • Used this trick with my iPad yesterday inside a bathroom where there's close to no dust or small hair flying around and now I've got a perfectly installed screen protector thanks to your video. I'd say without the tape trick there's no hope getting rid of those tiny things... And I was being careful bying two protector screens just in case but 1 was all it took :D... It did take a LOOONG time though...

  • Today the Technician gave me a free protector because he installed me a protector with a lot of dust, but with your tape-trick a made it a good work.

  • Can they be removed? Im thinking of buying one, but I'm going to get my ipad replaced in few months and I think i have to remove it.

  • Also, it's harder on the iPad 2 because of the front facing camera. But I still didn't need anything to help me and it was easy (: Took me a few minutes.

  • I put on my iPad screen protector yesterday, the first time I ever applied one on anything lol. It was actually very easy :l No air bubbles and I didn't need any tape or anything, so y'know xD It fitted pretty much perfectly.

  • Thank you for the tape trick - it worked perfectly with my Otterbox screen protector installation. Wash your hands, have a clean area and take your time. It took me 15 minutes and I got a perfect install. THANKS!!!

  • They always have air bubbles :(

  • Really useful :) Especially the tape trick at the end! :D

  • Awesome video

    Helped alot mate

The getting rid of dust tip really helped!

  • I'm seeing a lot of bubbles after the install.

  • i just bought the screen protectors and i tries both of them and fucked up ! i just wasted 14 dollars!!!!

  • no fuck its transparent..... at the end u say "so blah blah blah look at the transparent clear screen protecter"

  • The tip about removing dust is an Awesome tip :D

  • omg this video was uploaded on my bday ! lol

  • i submerged mine in a bubble bath. Its a dead iPond now!

  • haha whats the point of the screen protector if a card can scratch it?

  • @unclesoflaugh thats why you want to use the card when you have that one layer ontop on the screen protector before you peel it off... lol thats what she said

  • Tks a lot

  • LOL I couldn't even put one on my iPod Touch.. I can't imagine putting one on an iPad..o_0

  • @4rber yes u can

  • Halo,

    Nice Video!

I have a question: Can I remove the Screen Protector later without problems when I install it?

...sry for my bad english :)

  • i wonder if there is a screen protector that protects the screen protector's screen protector?

  • @iVilliain and the screen protector that protects the screen protector's screen protector?

  • can i send u mine for u to put on a screen protector lol...i always have dust and air bubbles and then i get fed up and peal it off and throw it in the bin lol

  • Why dont you all get ZAGG invisible shield instead of this FAIL stuff u gotta fix twice a week. 25for an iphone, 40 for a ipad. youll never ever need another case again

  • wtf looked like you were using a centurion card to remove the bubbles :P

btw did i miss your ipad review? o.O

  • marry me henry?

  • Very nice video man! Great help.

  • Neat trick with the sellotape, i always used my fingers and got a bigger bubble than before.

  • use an earser for bubbles

  • i like your style of video editing :)

  • Awesome install. Can't wait to get my iPad once it comes out in MAY here in the UK.

  • one of the greatest ipad screen protector install ive seen

  • The glass screen doesn't need any protection from sharp objects--don't forget, it takes diamonds to cut glass, so your car keys, even a Shinsu knife aren't going to scratch your iPad screen. That said, do you find that the screen is easier to clean with a screen protector installed?

  • @moonseolnyeo I really trusted Apple's glass screens until my iPhone screen scratched in 1 week from normal daily use. I guess it's not that useful on the iPad but there's nothing bad with just having it on.

  • @themegamactv I wonder if that means there's a coating on the glass? Glass by itself, even mm-thin glass isn't going to get scratched by anything in normal daily use. The glass of my eye glasses, for example, aren't actually scratched, but the various coatings are easily scratched. Maybe iPad's olephobic quality is actually a clear coat? Anyway, great video :-)

  • @moonseolnyeo ur stupid, it doesnt take a diamond to scratch glass.... a knife will scratch glass

  • @crazzynez Go back to 9th grade chemistry class, friend. Glass will actually chip and dent a knife blade.

  • @moonseolnyeo i just tested this on a glass window... and what do you know, the window gets scratched and the knife is just fine..

  • @moonseolnyeo

Cutting glass is different from scratching glass ;)

The screen will most definitely scratch if you let it...

  • @moonseolnyeo I'm replying to your comment so that people don't get the wrong idea. Glass isn't cut with diamonds because of glasses strength, but because diamond is the most precise, it doesn't wear off and it's the strongest material. Where did you get the idea that glass doesn't get scratched? You could cut your screen with jelly if there was a particle of dust stuck to it.

  • @moonseolnyeo Wrong. It takes diamonds to CUT glass. You could easily scratch the glass on the ipad with a small key, or rock.

  • lol asian duster FTW!!!

    WOOOT HENRY. great vid :D

  • Cool clean install,Well done on doing that,I have an OCD too when it come's to installing SS's on my Iphone3gs,lol,Well done and well presented,Very professional :)
