HRs are burden on a company. The kind of work which HRs do can be done by any other employee by mere one week of training and as far as selecting a right candidate is concerned..... Well.. I think that an expert from a field can select a better candidate for his/her field's positions as they possess deep knowledge of that field.
In fact, there is nothing which these stupids(HRs) can do and an other employees can't if they are provided a seven days training.
