Wow! I sometimes click on these sorts of "psychology expert" videos--and they're invariably total crap: they mostly repeat cliche or else analyze things in a ridiculously superficial manner. This therapist, OTOH, speaks from intelligence and (it seems) experience. Although there's nothing here I hadn't personally thought of (or about) before, I think there's a lot here that would be VERY useful for many younger, less-experienced people.
