@JO3haNsum Its a clay rock type deal. Its used for hydroponic system which is a system you feed your plants their nutes through a watering system but those rocks would be called (Orchid potting pellets)

I know this video is old, but just incase your still growing.

I did a trial with 2 clones that looked as close as they could to each other and topped one and left one alone.. the topped plant produced 25g and the one cola plant only produced 18g.. your choose, top or not but the yields tell the story.

maaan im gonna have a hard time matching this beatifull sistem, but im not quiting brother, just startet a new culture with 4 plants, now two weeks from seeds, growing under 400 watt hps lights, inside huge grow tent, but still, its a challenge, im going to give it 6 weeks vegetative, and whatever needed flowering stage, growing in soil, with organic nutes, im gonna post a video, and im also gonna subscribe on your site ;) posting a new vid very soon about my sistem.. wish me luck..
