  • im making this today, only i couldnt find any mongolian fire oil :0( Booo... but i should be able to improvise... it will be my first time trying spaghetti squash so im geekily excited!

  • Do you have some sort of sesame oil? If not just put some soy sauce and maybe some chili paste or something along those lines to liven up the spaghetti squash and veg.

  • I found a different spicy sauce which had 5 calories per teaspoon and was really good. Rocky I made this, tasted it before going to bed ( i work mdnights) and I figured when I wake up I will have some.... wouldnt you know my family gobbled it up ENTIRELY lol they loved it.. so all i got was the small taste test lol

    let me know if you have any questions about the spaghetti squash. it takes some elbow grease to cut it first off so be really careful. just go slow.

  • Looks delicious! How long did you pan fry the spaghetti squash? Was it tender like pasta when you were done? I've made it once and I'm not sure if I cooked it long enough because it was still slightly crunchy.

  • hmm....probably about 15 minutes tops. that was after steaming it. i had to add a bit of chicken stock to the pan though because the moisture was causing the squash to stick to the pan. the stock plus the bit of mongolian chili oil helped.

    Guess what i had with a wrap today? Scramled eggs with loads of onion, pepper flakes,, tomatoes, peppers and a slice of cheese melted in the mix! Soooooooooo good!

    it depends. the majority i have made before because they were the dishes i made to lose weight. most of the subscriber vids i haven't made before.

  • i actually have some of that in my cupboard...i bought it awhile back but i got the recipe for the sauce online so i figured...why not? it was so good!

  • That looks really great! I love spaghetti squash. I usually just cut in half and put it upside down on a plate in the microwave, but that's cause doing a whole squash ends up being way too much for me. I bet that would taste good using shrimp instead of chicken too! Great video!

  • If you put it on a clean kitchen towel and then twist and ring out the water it will dry it some or alot really...try this trick it works for spinch also...love ya...love rosemary
