  • ur technique suggest your demonstrating with a weight thats too light.

This means you arnt showing the movement correctly so go suk it.

  • @liljnnaps1 can you please make a video, thanks man.

  • Hi I m 117 pounds and 162 cms tall I m learning how to work out with KB I started TGU with a 16 kg KB little by little I have been increasing the weight of my KB I do 10 reps each arm with a 24 Kb with almost no problem , last time I did a copule of reps with a dumb bell of 65 pounds aprox.. My question is how frequently do I must practice the TGU and how many reps should I make to develop my strength, I want to lift 100 pounds Dumb bell , I mean dumb bell cause y my country we got not big KB

  • there's a part that he looks like ben stiller. Nice vid!

  • good work I have to say

  • good exercise, the audio sucks though

  • HEY your message poped up right in middle of screen over the bloke demonstrating, otherwise good vid though.

  • Great video, Thanks for the help!

  • holy fuck it's just a piece of metal, stop arguing about certificates, you don't need a certificate to shit either.

  • best exmnple ive seen yet.

  • nice. I just started a rossboxing workout and these are featured.

  • Although I use kettlebells and I am familiar with the basics I am by no means qualified to teach someone all the fine points of kettlebell workouts. Going to RKC will definetly help you learn the finer details but no you dont have to do it if you just wanna use kettlebells for your conditioning. But if you can afford it, why not do it. The instructors are great and Im sure you will learn a lot.

  • RKC? screw that... find a GS instructor... WKC or AKC....

  • how many reps do you usually do per side

  • depends on your goals. if you're lifing heavy, no need to do more than 8 per side. If you're in the military and need strength endurance, do timed sets...

  • I wonder if there's a certification 4 making a proper peanut-butter&jelly sandwich? If I watch this video 5 x aday 4- 30 days wouldn't that make me as qualified as someone who is certified,or would I then be over-qualified yet under-certified, some people have told me that they think I'm already certifiable, but I don't know what their qualifications were 2 base that decision on,or how certain they were, and I think they were amateurs lacking the proper certifications 2 make a qualified assessment.

  • yes I do! Since I'm certified... WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN SOMETHING GOES TERRIBLY WRONG? WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN SOMEONE IS A SPECIAL POP? EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT SO HOW WILL YOU ADAPT EVERY MOVEMENT FOR THEM? You saw him do this movement now can I do that same movement exactly or should it be adapted?

  • Kettlebell certifications are super dumb! My family has used them for stromaman-training for over 30 years so if you have money burning in your pocket then contact me and will certify you in the "Wallinmethod for kettlebell... otherwise, just use your brain, locig and watch a few tricks on youtube for free.

Also , a real turkish raise is done a bit different and stepping back with the front-leg is something you might want to try, but over all a nice recommendation for a grapplers exercise!

  • great video

  • With the backlight, you look like a holy ben stiller!

    nice workout.

  • I am going to check out your other videos. In case i forget, can you post more exercises that work various parts of the body?

  • good vid-however I GUARANTEE WITHIN 5 YEARS, NO ONE WOULD NEED A CERTIFICATION TO USE KETTLE BELLS. The fitness industry is all about gimicks to make money. I remember when you need to be certified to use a bosu. All in all its a good video.

  • Nobody needs any certification to USE kettlebells, it just helps to have one to teach.

  • @kenprimo I got a buddy certified in almsot everything in a gym, it helps ... He banks much more than the lil' kids who just know shit, but he's certified. Big difference!

  • @kenprimo Absolutely! Certification lends clout, but is not a requirement. I myself look forward to being certified, but it doesn't mean I can't teach until I receive certification. It's not a gimmick to make money, it's validation of one's techniques and skills.

  • I am self taught with KB and a personal trainer. I use them with clients, but to teach a class on it or to do kettlebell only workouts as advertised, I wouldnt do it until Im taught by someone who is RKC or get my cert from them.
