Hi ,I am a a 17 year old and have suffered from acne and now have scars left behind(pitted scars and enlarged pores).I am planning to get the derma roller and was wondering if would be suited for me.

y acne has subsided,i have used accutane in past and now have scars and only 2 blackheads.Should i expect any bleeding when using the derma roler and would it be appropriate for me concerning the past use of accutane ,now two blackheads and My tender age of 17.?

Why wouldn't you do TCA cross on a dark skinned patient?

possible pigmentation problems: darker or lighter skin in treated areas.

so basically, dark-skinned patients have no hope to fix their scars. cant do lasers, cant do tca or other peels.

I've done it myself with 10-25% improvement. This is a great treatment that's highly successful for many; after care is important too! Thanks for posting this video.

I wish more doctors did TCA CROSS, it sounds so very promising. Couldn't you TCA CROSS over and over again until you reach 95-99% improvement Dr. Lam? It seems TCA CROSS isn't very popular in america, but it seems to work fantastic on icepick and boxcar scars. Doctors are always pushing lasers for this type of scarring but they don't really work for it.

i don't like how he disregards hypertrophic/keloid scars, seeing as how many of the people who are in need of scar treatment have these types of scars. like me.
