This is happening on quite a few videos lately, but the videos it is happening on were posted all over the place... this one is from Jan 2007. And on some of them you don't have to go down to 240p, they are higher def and going down to 360p works.

Is it a problem with how the video was compressed, or did YouTube change something when they started giving us the different HD options? Is there anything we can do to prevent it from happening?
