They named their ENTIRE stadium after a coach who never even took them to a BCS game. They act like he has a fist full of national title rings. Hell, even Kansas has a BCS trophy, KANSAS!!! KSU is a highly overrated program. This is the most ignorant fan base I have ever worked with in my life.
@THEAuthOrity411 how'd KU's football team do this year? And you obviously know nothing about Bill Snyder or the BCS. KSU should've played in the FIRST year of the BCS, but was passed over by selection committees which led to the "Kansas State Rule", which required the #3 team to automatically be selected for a bowl game. And Snyder started coaching the wildcats in 1989, 9 years before the invention of the BCS. I guess all of his accomplishments before the BCS era don't count?
It's great that Kansas State has recently in the past 20 years or so had a great alum., but it's just too bad that the only things they teach there and can get serious careers in are farming and agriculture. My best friend is going to be attending there and I can't because Im going into journalism and Kansas State isn't a recognized enough program in that field and so even if I do complete 4 years, I'd still not have the career I wanted.

K-State infact has top notch Architecture, Engineering, and yes Agriculture programs. I'm sorry our mission statement doesn't provide for the best Journalism out there. But KSU is a Do-school, your better off at a thinker school where they don't get shit done. K-State is in the top 75 public universities in the nation and on the rise.
