How come the pansit was cooked with shitake mushrooms? Just wondering. Probably to make the dish "playful" in ingredients? We barely use mushrooms in native dishes.

@iSPaLiTo i was talking about the cook lady not the interviewer lady! you can't honestly tell me that she's speaking spanish with any form of spanish accent, especially when she speaks ENGLISH with an American accent!

@LDD86 She is speaking with argentine accent and some words with anglophone accent like when she said "arroz" or "neutro"

It is a shame that the former Philipine accent of spanish has got lost forever
