@mikek241 Too much fruit gives you diarrhoea. You don't normally experience this because fruit is filling enough that you can't eat any more before you reach the point where your body's trying to rocket it out the other end. But if you ever buy a bag of dried fruits - especially apricots (personal experience), it's easy to wolf down40 or 50 if you're feeling quite peckish. It's easy to forget that each dried apricot is nutritionally the same as a full sized apricot and end up on the bog for a
if your craving cocaine at the end of a session, you didn't have enough cocaine in the beginning of the session, lol... yeah i have a sweet tooth, for spinach. : )
oh man what really shocks me is his body volume. look at the 5 year 80/10/10er manoftruthhealth that has also no nonvitaltissue. He has far less muscles and can do 3 one hand pushups with 20% of his bodyweight on his back. And he has so small volume compared to graham. Douglas graham must be incredible strong and fit or he is cheating^^. I wish i could watch his performances. Can someone tell me what exact levels of performance he is capable off. If thats real muscle he should be able...
Sweven, yeah heavy lifting builds strength, but important to have variations, not to let the body get used to a certain set of workout.
Do you know if we can blend vegetables and fruit in one meal, I know some does this. I have been taught that I shouldn't do this but I don't know they were not raw vegans.
Mongo, you need to train in certain ways to build muscles, I think Doug have quite a lot of knowledge as to how to train and also how to recuperate. Always train on a surplus, like if you know you can do 10 repetition with struggle, do 8. Then add 1 min rest in between and do 3 sets, maximum of 5 groups o muscle, as in 15 sets of 8 reps. Doug have also been doing this for 25 years, so I think it is quality muscles.
Now what I want to know is, can you mix fruits and vegetables at every meal.
...so I guess too much fruit, like say eating an 80/10/10 diet....IS a bad thing....!!

@mikek241 'Too much' inherently implies a problem, hence 'too much'. Too much of anything is a bad thing.
