Yes Phil won 15 or so titles. And yes he is probably the best ever. Even John has said that. But at the end of the day, no one has a better throw than John Lowe. And yes they call him Old Stoneface but that could easily be Rock Solid. And yes hes had some setback's in his day. But also in his day, when his darts are on, theres nobody like him far as I'm concerned.

I must disagree Jay. There are certain fundamentals with darts and certain habits which can cause a throw 2 break down.

If you consider Bristow 4 example amazing as he was he never followd his arm fully thru, c how many pros fail 2 do this, VERY few. This creates a higher probability of an consistant release pointand less snatches. similiar jerky throws such as mike gregory r also reliant on nervous energy to av high degree, hence tryin slightly too hard results in a 'pull' and later 'dartitis'

actually u nitwits...dartitis is all in the head...its not mechanics nor has anything to do with the throw...dartitis is a mental problem...the only reason they keep playin is for nothin but the love for the game...ive been through it and survived...and now my darts are better than ever...so before u judge or critisize..get the history and learn the game..then u might appreciate what these players are doing and why their doing it
