I think the issue lies with the responsibility of the individual. We need to take action in order to provide education for those who need it. Everyone is different and they need to be educated properly about the topic.

There is a lot involved with it so it really is quite difficult.

It did not have a fully developed circulatory and respiratory system. For the large percentage of cases, a fetus is fully dependent on the mother as it's surviving source. In most cases men don't relinquish rights and just run away, becoming deadbeats. I've seen cases with men who were well off, and being ordered by court to pay child support transfer a large sum of money into another person's bank account and then claim bankruptcy so that they don't have to pay. Men have their own way of weaseling out of these situations.
