  • Warning: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'UTC' for '8.0/no DST' instead in C:\xampp\htdocs\testerpage.php on line 4

JilMac of the Community College of Vermont.

  • Great tutorials but there is one thing I would like to mention you can also include HTML files so you can make your navigation on the HTML document and add it all your pages at once and not have to change every web page if you need to add something. If you did mention that I'm sorry I didn't hear it. Oh and the C++ tutorials are great.

  • thanks and 5 stars

  • Great series so far. Thanks

  • Thanks man..

  • i don't mean to nit pick your HTML but you ended the paragraph tag with an anchor tag while your php skills amaze me your HTML makes me cringe :)

  • @shsdexter Meh im just as bad!

I use paragraphs to position borders and everything.

  • TheNewBoston, I just watched all of your PHP videos. Great series, man! Very informative. I didn't know anything about PHP two hours ago. Now, I'm practically an expert!

Dude, you have to carry on with this series. Forget the C+++ programming nonsense! PHP is where it's at!

    PHP! PHP! PHP!

Tell me something . . . With PHP, is it possible to program web content to expire and automatically delete itself at a specified date?

  • C++ is awesome of cource I'm to lazy to learn it all lol but yeah C++ has the win32 programing opengl programing and so on.

  • I've watched all of your PHP and XHTML tutorials, along with some of your Flash CS3 tutorials. I like them all and I've learned a lot from watching them, I get your wry sense of humor. You're able to hold my attention, where as the other similar video tutorials on YouTube just put me to sleep. Thank you very much for the videos, hopefully you're going to put up more PHP tutorials.

  • thanks! i am makin a series in c++ programming now but after that i am def hopping right back on and making a ton more php vids! php is my favorite and probly most useful language for the web!
