We are doing the musical at my school this year, and its going up in a few months, and we just learned this ending song today and are going to start blocking it soon, and this is such a great song. You know, I get the feeling that if I were playing Elle (I'd do horribly, so I'm glad I'm not) I wouldn't be able to keep from falling in love with the guy who plays Emmett… I mean, I'd have to kiss him anyway-- why not just make it real? Like, falling in love with the person who plays your character's love interest would be really easy for me with that level of intimacy. They did great together.

I think this is my favourite musical. And I think I like this better that the film- but the only real reason is, is that it really shows the relationship between Elle and Emmett and shows how much Emmett really cares for her (mostly at the end of Chip on My Shoulder) I LOVE THIS MUSICAL!!! :D
