Great action really - just a couple of little things
At the point of release your right hip should be further forward.
This is normally caused by starting your action too early. Are you feeling the "pull" across your chest and shoulders when the ball is behind you, or, are you snatching a little too early before you have fully "wound"?
Waiting that fraction of a second longer until you feel real tension will give your hips chance to rotate better and provide more power through the delivery.
great action ... just use correct foot wear at all times, and pull your front arm hard . Also try to get your hips moving forward as fast as possible while delivering the ball
Wear shoes instead of slippers,and work out to muscle up and loose weight. Test cricket isnt just about bowling action and speed, its about STAMINA. You will need to repeat that run over for about 40 to 50 overs in one day.
Good natural action. To get greater pace he might want to "snap" forward from the hips more to get greater pace. Sit-ups and kettlebell swings should help develop that pace

Great action! But the follow through means that, you were imbalanced at the time.

@notoriousnate123
not quite, closer to 15-20 overs. Its extremely rare you'll see any bowlers over 20. A days play is 100, they'd basically be bowling all day.

pause it at 9 seconds, his front arm is doing nothing, flopping down not pulling him through the crease.
