  • @undoctrinati0n Thank you. It's a great recipe. When you try it, let me know how it worked out for you.

  • Where's my biryani video, Chef Dama? :(

  • @TheSugarplum770 My gosh, this is a coincedence. I just finished the shooting, and am working on the edits. I plan to have this up and running by early next week. You will be the first to know, as soon as it's posted.

BTW I have mentioned you in the video (by your youtube handle), so be prepared to be amused.

    See you soon!

  • Neat ideas for burger meat ;-) The recipe reminds me a bit of making meatloaf. Looks great!

  • @gorikuri You are right! The soaked bread is from the meat loaf recipe, and gives the patty a nice airy feel to it, and adds to the texture. Thank you for your comments and continued support.

  • i be comin' down the mountain in less than a week, yo!

  • it is lunchtime and i am hungry. i want kebab burgers. yes yes yes.

  • @vikramdmello Well... you got the recipe now. Or... fly down to Oakland and claim them. Glad you liked the video and the recipe.

    Cheers. Happy eating!

  • Can we substitute minced beef with chicken or mutton minced meat...thanks

  • @1980malika Absolutely! We can make kababs with any sort of meat. The best results will be achieved with ground meats with a higher fat content. About 80% meat to 20% fat. A very lean meat results in a dry kabab.

Let me know how it works out for you.

  • @irfandama Thanks...your videos are great and will cook this and let you know. you explain stuff really well, keep the great work!

  • @1980malika Thanks a lot for the positive feedback, Malika. This really makes the efforts worthwhile. Thank you for subscribing. My next video is being worked on right now. It should be out soon, within the next two weeks or so. I will be featuring 'Kerala Beef Fry' which works really well with chicken as well.

  • Can you substitute curry leaves for mint leaves,?

  • @manu061809 Well. I would have to say that, for this recipe, it would be better to do without the mint leaves. I haven't ever used curry leaves in kababs. The prospect does sound interesting. If you were to use curry leaves, make sure you saute them in oil or ghee before adding. This would bring out the flavors immensely.

You know... you just gave me an idea for a Indian style kabab. Back to the drawing board... I may have a new recipe on the docket.

Thanks much for the idea. Keep in touch.

  • i am adding this to my favorites, thank you

  • @1980malika Thank you! I would love your feedback when you make it. Thanks again : )

  • Hi. Looks great! Delicious.

  • @ChaChaDave Thanks ChachaDave. (Did you know that Chacha in Hindi and Urdu means Uncle? Is it a coincidence?). Thanks for the comments and let me know your feedback when you make this.

  • @irfandama -Hi. Thanks for your response. I have employees that speak Urdu and they refer to me as Cha Cha, and it stuck! We have become family. It's a wonderful thing! Regards, Cha Cha Dave.

  • @ChaChaDave That's awesome Dave. Truly it's only a family environment that works in our industry. I guess your employees must give you a taste of good Indian/Pakistani food from time to time. Truly a wonderful thing.

Keep in touch. Keep posting videos. I love your channel too. Take care.

    Irfan
