u need to work on your recoil acting a little and make the muzzle flash ALOT bigger when your shooting revolvers like that one in real life it is huge look up a video of someone shooting a colt 44 pistol you'll see what i mean

The muzzle flash should have a little more blur to it.

It seems that the blending mode used make the muzzle flash look in a bad tone.Try with Screen,instead Add,many times is a better.Also add enviorement reaction to the muzzle flash,not just in your face,also a little bit in the wall behind the gun,it will make it a lot more realistic.As a finale point,in the last scene,when you shot at the camera,there,do the muzzle flash a lot bigger.The quality is awesome and the sound is good too.

if you change the blending mode sometimes for transparent muzzle flashes it looks better. sometimes you need 'add' but sometimes it looks better with 'screen'

It would make sense that there would be a muzzle flash in a video testing muzzle flashes, but it seems that he only put the flash on for one frame, and something happened with my refresh rate so that I did not see it at first, but when I watched it again I saw it.

The last muzzle flare where it's pointed straight at the camera is from a machine gun that has the slits at the end of the barrel, that's why the flare comes out diagonally from guns such as the M16. If you use Action Essentials Pack from Video Copilot, for a revolver like that you should use Muzzle_Flash_Straight_3.mov.
