@FacckUtube -Do you mean the knees shouldn't pass the toes? That isn't necessarily true and depends alot on the length of the persons femur vs tib/fib... however the main point is that the squat should be initiated with the hips breaking first and sitting back, keeping weight on the heels throughout. The knees should not travel excessively forward, but if they pass the toes slightly it's not an issue. As long as knees and feet are in line.
