Idk bout the creatine, I use it and the kindney thing makes me wary. Ur rite and wrong bout the steroids. Steroids taken in lighter dosages and not as frequently, are almost harmless. But if u wanna get as big as jay ur def doing it wrong and u will get side affects. Have fun with ur small balls and big tittays. The muscle fades just like the sperm count and hair.
