  • I ordered mine on april 21 and still haven't gotten them. Shannon finally emailed me after paypal refunded my money. She claimed they were sent and delivered however no one sign for any package and nothing ever arrived.  She is now trying to bill me for a package I never got. That was an expensive lesson to learn I guess.

  • I have ordered from Hello Gorgeous 3 times. All of my extensions are so thick and very beautiful. I love them. They are the best extensions I have ever owned. The first two sets I ordered came pretty quick and my last set I ordered during prom season so it took longer to make because they were so busy. These extensions are all handmade, that is why they are so beautiful. That is why they take a while to make. I emailed them a lot of times and they were so nice and emailed me back every time.

  • I also would like to warn people about HelloGorgeous. I ordered my estensions April 5, 2011 I to wrote numerous emails and left phone messages. Never a response, not one! I contacted PayPal and they said they could not help because it was past 45 days. Well, PayPay must have contacted them and I finally received an email fro "Shannon" stating "congratulations your order has shipped!" I rcvd them on July 9th. They are nice but over 3 months is just unacceptable customer service in my book.

  • Go to her facebook and send her a message there. She normaly writes back because people post stuff on her wall all the time and within 2 weeks she replys may not be the fastest time but, hey atleast its still a reply.

  • this happened to me just recently! i payed $99 on NOV 14 and its now FEB 5. its not even the same year anymore!!!! i wrote her a ton of times nicely with no answer and was extreamly patient. but im finally done. she took my money and i have no extensions this is messed up and i wish i knew this before because i ordered them bc i saw a good youtube vidioe about them thinking it would be great. this is so messed up i missed all my evens for the holidays and my birthday this sux.

    I hada question i need new hair extensions but i need them in two colors and i am not sure how to order them on your site when you choose don't see my color option how do i let you know waht color i need them. If you can let me know i would appreciate it, also i know that they might take long if i order them what it the longest i have to wait.

  • DON'T EVER BUY HAIR EXTENSIONS FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SUCH A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DEFINITELY NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY!! TO ALL WHO GOT THEIR HAIR EXTENSIONS AND LOVED THEM, GOOD FOR YOU! UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT MONTHS FOR THEM AND FEEL LIKE THEY'RE NEVER GOING TO COME BECAUSE NOBODY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU! WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!! I'M RECOMMENDING OTHER COMPANIES TO MY FRIENDS AND CO WORKERS. THIS IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE AND DISAPPOINTMENT!!

  • I've had no response after several emails. I ordered my extensions over two months ago and still have not received them. I recently tried leaving a message on fb so we'll see how that goes.

  • Hey guys welll i just got my Luxy extensions in the mail two days ago and i loveee them! they only took about five days for me to get them including the weekend! this is wonderfull, and i just checked my email and hellogorgeous finally wrote me back....too late though.

  • @bridgetteleineweber lol i actually wrote her three messages through the youtube account and still havent gotten a response....it seems to be that she only writes back who she wants when she wants. This is not any way to run a company, i check everyday and it says the last login was a few days ago which is another weird thing because if your running a company wouldnt you check all your email accounts for the customers? yea, so i decided to go with luxy. they are amazing at customer service!

  • I'm ordering from Luxy Extensions today! Im tired of HG horrrrrrrrible customer service, i emailed Luxy extensions and they wrote back within the hour, THAT IS AMAZING! Not only are luxy extensions about gorgeous hair, they value the customer.....I cant wait to receive them, they should be about a week rather than a freaking month. yay!:)

  • since they were ordered with a credit card, im guessing, tell your parents to call the number on the back of the card used, and dispute the item. let them know it has been past 30 days from the date you ordered it, and that you have emailed them consecutive times, having no response. mom will get her money back, and you can go to sallys and buy just as awesome hair extensions ;) <3 love love!

    there is nothing wrong with the Hello Gorgeous extensions, I would just not recommend getting them when you need them fast for a special occasion or something. I ordered mine on Nov 10th and still haven't received them. However, I was expecting to wait because I did my research and they take a long time to make and ship internationally. Everyone I talked to told me they love them and they are worth the wait:) So in my opinion, HG are a great way to go but order them well in advance.

  • it takes about a month or so for everyone to get theres..its because there hand made.. you should have done re-search first.. then you would have known how long it takes.. it took mine a little over a month to get in

  • also,IT TAKES ABOUT A MONTH TO GET THEM,DONT COMPLAIN IN YOU ONLY ODERED THEM A FEW WEEKS AGO. for you october 14th is a log time but for the other girls that only orderd them at the end of november,dont complain until a 4-5 weeks go by.

  • i orderd mine november 13th,and got them december 10th.i emailed shannon many times and i did end up getting a response, but if you have this problem,try posting on thier facebook wall,i did few times,she gets back to you way faster than email.also you gotta remember that the are a very small company and they get slammed with orders and tons of emails,if you need your extensions by a certain date,make sure contact shannon or you wont get them in time.

    and emailed them 4 times...only one email back, and it was:

    "Thank you so much for your email! We will respond as soon as possible during normal business hours, Monday-Friday:)"

    todaaaaal bullshit!
