I'd never seen Usagi before, just heard of him in a fic and a fic comic. I liked his character in the fic and it seems to coincide with the seriousness in this vid. He's becoming my favorite character outside of the turtles' extended family.

The episode in the beginning is called: Real world - there are two parts to this.

1st part- Leo is in Usagi's world.

2nd Part Leo and Usagi return back to the Battle Nexus.

It seems just as the modern TV series based TMNT on the Eastman(and the other guys) original comic series. They also based Usagi's portrayal heavily on Stan Sakai's original series.
