@BaurakAle7 I have a friend who is a member of the Church and married a woman in the Church and before that was an Alcoholic and he smoke. He stopped drinking and smoking. Married a woman in the church and lost there home, lives with parents. Now he talks bad about the church. He doesn't pray, has no purpose except just floating along, complains about many things. He has not taken any responsibility for his own life and his kids.

Most of the time people won't have anything to do with the Church because of there own sins, weaknesses, it is to hard and so they give up. Many economists and government leaders acknowledged that it would be a depression once the crash hit back in 2008. This is nothing new or prophetic. The President of the Church needs to be shown that he is not a prophet ordained of God and noting and giving this information that he would make a bold statement like that needs to be noted and used for reference if/when his "prophecy' does not come true. 1st - you need to learn the difference between the President of the Church and the Apostles. This was Boyd K Packer, not President Thomas S. Monson who is the President of the Church. Seeing the President of the Church didn't "prophesy" anything here and is not referenced. No worries there.
2nd - "I think" is a personal opinion, not a prophecy. Learn the difference.
3rd - "I think" is no where near a bold statement. How in the world did you conclude this "I think" as bold?

Married a woman in the church and lost there home, lives with parents. Now he talks bad about the church. He doesn't pray, has no purpose except just floating along, complains about many things. He has not taken any responsibility for his own life and his kids.

Most of the time people won't have anything to do with the Church because of there own sins, weaknesses, it is to hard and so they give up. Another reason is a misunderstanding of doctrine or it does not agree with what they believe, unwilling to change and not willing to ask God for help. Still another reason is are past, stuck in the past. Many believe we are a racist church, this is not true. I Love God and his Son Jesus.

Many economists and government leaders acknowledged that it would be a depression once the crash hit back in 2008. This is nothing new or prophetic. 1st - you need to learn the difference between the President of the Church and the Apostles. This was Boyd K Packer, not President Thomas S. Monson who is the President of the Church. Seeing the President of the Church didn't "prophesy" anything here and is not referenced. No worries there.
2nd - "I think" is a personal opinion, not a prophecy. Learn the difference.
3rd - "I think" is no where near a bold statement. How in the world did you conclude this "I think" as bold?

Christ himself speaks about entering in at the straight and narrow gate; he speaks about how you will know his followers by their fruits; and how only those who do his will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. My disbelief goes out to any person who preaches fear and hate by using "god and hell as a tool". The usual fear tactics that are used by preachers, ministers, rabbis, etc...... It's very hard to have a conversation with an ignorant, scared person that promotes fear and has child-like beliefs. Glenn Beck was an alcoholic, and he is not anymore. Glenn Beck did in-depth research of philosophy and theology, and investigated several churches thoroughly. He converted to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because of his personal experiences and because it made sense. And throughout this, he has become a champion for free speech, free thought, and common sense.
