Actually it is moisture free because the "liquid" is a compressed gas called trifluoroethane. It is an exothermic gas which means it sucks the heat out of things it touches so it gets cold, thats why it freezes things, but its not properly freezing the object frozen will defrost REALLY quickly, and if you turn the can upside down you will let the trifluoroethane escape which can give you severe frostbite, it it touches skin, also the gas can get you high, but It WILL make you go unconscious!
