Kagamine Len is that guy with yellow hair. he is a mascot for Vocaloid which is a voice synthesizer. The voice behind him and his twin Rin is from a real person who happens to be a girl. Vocaloids are programmed to sing japenese songs mostly but they can also sing other languages... but with an accent since they're made for japanese songs.
