@Scepto100 Actually the chambers are enterable anytime you can. but the echo makes it so you encounter unowns. if you didn't make the echo then the chambers will have no random encounters.

@MechaGodzilla9000 (continued) In Generation 2, shinyness was based off of IVs, along with gender, in a way that if a pokemon was 75% male and 25% female a shiny pokemon of that species couldn't be female. Does that make any sense? No. But neither are based on IVs anymore. Shinyness is based on personality value and I don't know about gender, but problems like these don't happen now. I know you never said anything about Generation 3 sucking, so sorry about targeting you. I just needed to vent.
