  • This video is great, I followed your steps and I actually made a good fish!! I've tried to cook a couple of times before but they always came out inedible. This video has changed my life! Will not stop trying now! XD

  • Hey! Where's the corn meal?! You can't have fried fish wihout cornmeal. Cornmeal w/ a little flour makes the crispiest tasiest coating. Try it. You'll love it.

  • Add some chili powder and paprika to that flour and do an extra dredge in a stout beer mixed with stone ground mustard, give it one last toss in some panko crumbs and then fry. Now that's a piece of fish.

  • i like my fish not dried with a towl i warm it up with warm water after i take it out of the freezer

  • don't use warm water...cold is better for meat

  • i like vigo bread crumbs better, but that fish still looks great.

  • If you wanna try something else fried that is very good you can mix bread and a little bit chese in a mixer so it get into very small pieces then put them on a plate. Then you crack some eggs and stir it around a bit, then you dipp the fish/meat in the eggs and then dipp it in the breadmix. After that its just to fry it.

    If you do like that you will get a very crispy and delicious piece of fried meat/fish :D

    (Use cheddar and pita bread for the breadmix)
