Ally of Justice Decisive Armor = summon Blizzard, effect to birng a shura/bora/zephyros. Special Summon Bora from hand, there u go

In my blackwing deck, i run 3 sirroco, and a breeze, i reccomend a third sirroco, its your choice to put in breeze, you should take out the morphing jar, because blackwings have enough draw power. Replace thunder king with gorz, because its much better, but be careful because black whirlwind could be active before you draw it. for your spells, you should add dark eruption and swalow's nest, very helpful. hope my tips help you :)
