With respect, punching then chambering then punching again with the same hand departs from kenpo's principal of economizing our motion. Right punch, left hand sword (with check of course) then right punch would be more in keeping with economy of motion.

No this instructor is showing Al Tracy's version of Kenpo. Al Tracy was one of Ed Parker's orignal students
