Thank you for this video. I lived in Omaha for many years and go back there all of the time. I have shopped at that mall hundreds of times and just cannot believe what happened. I was crying watching this and thanking God that none of my family was there that day... God bless.
Hey my 3 year old put that big snowman on the steps at 2:45. It was very emotional day for eveyone there... It was great to see so many people out there!!!!
No way! 2:59-3:05 is me and my parents and my sister! Wow. I remember that day. Still have pictures from it. I can't believe that's us!

Yeah, he was. That's my daughter he was hugging. She had been crying because we'd just left the Von Maur outdoor entrance.
Where was your snowflake?? Ours was the kinda square purple under the Von Maur sign. And the white roses at the end were ours.
