In order for, lets say, a motor to produce 100 watts, while only consuming 80 watts, breaks the laws of physics. The extra 20 watts that would be produced CANNOT come from the motor itself. Also, magnets do not contain any energy, just a force. They cannot continuously rotate/move anything with added energy.

I sugest the use of a software that simulates this project.
A good software is Algodoo, (i use it for myself).
With this software you may simulate gravity, magnets, lasers, etc.
When i see a REALLY creative idea, i test it in Algodoo and i see if it works, without having to spend any money buying parts.
Unhappily, most of the ideas about gravity/magnetic machines i test with Algodoo don't work.
