Deron Williams is the smart one for going over seas for the last two months. He is getting better, statying in shape, and gaining fans.

@AndrewHeroJr uhm, you really think hes getting better by playing a lower level of competition? you think only way to get in shape or stay in shape is to play basketball overseas lol? and for the mega superstars, they're already known worldwide and have no reason to play overseas to gain fans.

@TheBoiFlip The more organized basketball played the better it makes the player. The competition might be lower, but these arent high schoolers. They are professionals, and they play at a very high level. Deron will be in mid-season form when the NBA season starts in late December. He will have played organized competitive basketball games for well over two months now, & his timing, rhythm, and ability to see the floor will all be at there peak. Him leaving has many Besiktas fans hungry for more

@TheBoiFlip they're really only known by the diehard fans overseas, casual fans overseas who watch an NBA game once every blue moon wouldn't know Deron Williams. And it is a good way to stay in shape, sure it isn't as tough as NBA games, and I doubt it would make him a better player, but at least he'll be in good shape going into the season.
