I went there about 2 weeks ago and i stood in line not knowing what it was. Well you wanna know what? I must say It was AMAZING but you had to wait about 45 minutes to get into a room for only 30 people and if you're lucky you will get picked and it's only 1 person out of the 30 and you get to try out random wands and if you get the right one, you get to keep it for free instead of paying 30 dollars for the one you really want. Fun, but kind of a disapointment

I went last month. Know that only 1 person per group gets picked. Then you're led into the wand shop. If you don't want to wait an hour to most likely not be picked, I suggest going straight into the wand shop. Or you can take your chances. I bought Hermione's wand. It's great! It has some nice weight to it as well. It was $30 ($29 and some cents, technically). The every flavour beans are great. Bogey is the most disgusting. EW! Stay away from that one.

@Godsiboy3000 Owning various wands from both, I can tell you that Alivan's is all real wood, while Noble is all resin. Alivan's does produce quality wands and is a great choice if you are looking for your own wand, however because they are lathe turned, design elements are not as elaborate or unique compared to the casting of the resin molds. The styles can be compared by looking at the wands from the first 2 films compared to the remaining and their changes. Resin wands are also fairly fragile.

Try going to the site and see what wand you would like to purchase or which wand is your birthday wand. . . Just do a Google search and search "Harry Potter Universal Store." That's what I do! Hope this helps :D

@greeneyedhorses222 a whole group of people go in, but only one person is selected for the experience. I was told by someone who works there that the trick is to get as close up as you can and act uber excited to be there. Even tho neither of my kids were picked, it was still pretty cool to watch.
