  • does anybody know how to deactivate the motorised faders?

  • so if i attach 2 of these together i will have to get three (3) midi cables ??? someone please answer

  • @rhyskallen buy 4 if you have to many go return them for your money back. But if you're like me then more cables the better. Always good to have that extra in case one goes out ;)

  • Can you make it work with any software that has virtual faders?

For instance, in our analog studio we use Behringer Cybermix 8000 automation, which doesn't have MIDI or plugin functionality. So is there a way to control the virtual faders of CM8000 with this thing?

  • you care about looks?!

IS THIS WHAT WE'VE BECOME?!?! lololol

    jokes

  • can you assign this device to loop from a mic ?

  • did you manually map it? mines is conflicting with my m-audio radium 49 midi keyboard, any advises on using it alongside other midi devices?

  • No transport, no master fader, not enough knobs, deal breaker. UC-33e for me.

  • You should've mentioned that BCF2000 can also be used in mackie emulation mode. Then it has transport functions also.

  • good point. no transport controls. .... thats a deal breaker for me.

  • Hey Jake,

Thank you for the demo. It was well done, efficient use of time. Showed features I was interested in. I was surprised to hear you say there is no transport. Can that be programmed?

    Thanks,

    j p

  • How many of these can you have working at the same time...Im unable to find a retailer that sells the Tascam 2400 controller and that had 24 motorized faders...Id want to have 3 of these at least if I go this route.

  • @deadendkid1968 you can do 3 at once.

  • If you want to go for the aesthetics, try the white version. That's a little prettier, but if it's functional, it doesn't matter that much, i mean, i've recently installed acoustic foam in my live room, and it looks horrid, but my god it sounds good!

  • I've had one of these and I also currently have a BCR2000 and I've used and enjoyed both of them. Behringer sucks at two things; aesthetics and marketing....meaning that they build products that look like an Atari 2600 and then price them low enough where the lunkheads who buy gear based solely on the price tag (expensive = good, cheap = bad) think that they're buying "a piece of junk".

  • lol looks likes the Atari 2600

  • Yeah it looks like a piece of junk. But it's really a powerful controller for a relative little amount of money

  • Sorry, I have a question... I don't know a lot about mixers but it would be grateful if you give me some information about THIS machine, does it amplify sound? Is it good for mastering?

  • @KaersoNProductionS

It's midi control only. So it doesn't amplify the sound itself. It is able to control faders in DAW's like Ableton or Cubase, but no direct audio signal is processed through that controller.

It is very nice for mastering. For the price at least.

    Cheers!

  • Thank you very much :) I think I'll get it

  • @DTRemcoG only £130

  • Can i play to "nexar" whit it??? :-)

  • agreed but for the price, what u r getting is fucking gold!
