The Suzuki Samurai has the perfect weight to power ratio. When you add too big of a motor you offset the weight ratio and your rigs front end becomes too heavy and sinks too easy. That is why you need to invest 10,000 into a jeep to get it to preform like a Samurai that you put bigger tires on. In mud the more revs the more you clean the tread, the more you move. To prove this I would have to redo the run with less revs, this is not gonna happen as the car is in Spain and the canal run is in the UK....

i was thinking of buying an sj but then i got offerd a daihatsu fourtrak and it is unstoppable. it goes everywhere my mates range rover goes and i had a competition against a fully kitted out sj n it beat it hands down. so everyone get a fourtrak lol.
