@HojoOSanagi I fully understand the message of the song, but i still think the video fails to express this message - at least in an ARTISTIC way. I knew the song before having seen the video and i had made a totally different image in my mind of what it was supposed to mean. VELVET is , to my mind, the best A-Ha song and the video is incomparably inferior to the value of the song. It's just my opinion, you don't have to agree with it if you feel different.

A simply gorgeous song, with a wonderfully morbid video to accompany it. A-ha were not worried about taking risks. They understand the concept of 'Black Humour' obviously, and that is why the video is so great - you just know that they were having a great time making it. It's morbid, yes, but unpleasant? No. I love it to bits.
