Bogie, a superstar for a dozen years, knew that "Sabrina" was a vehicle for the new toast of Hollywood, Audrey Hepburn. Not know for his graciousness, he was condescending to her on and off the set. But Audrey was above that kind of pettiness and her performance in "Sabrina" was, perhaps, her most enchanting.

Good grief, I know Bogie. He is a gentlemen. He was always inpatient of inexperienece people like Audrey and Ava Garder, but never say crap like that.

Actually, he got quite fine with her than the other cast because he was mad at the not so finish script by Billy Wilder.

Yes I heard he was annoyed about her taking multiple takes. He didn't care for Bill Holden either. Bogart later apologized for his behaviour, perhaps he realised how miscast he was in the film?

No. The movie was a big success and Bogart was one of his finest perforances. The movie won many awards. So, Bogart "thought" he was miscast, but he wasn't.

Billy Wilder wanted him in the movie accoring to the character.

He was very warm to do the part,anyway.

Yes, he have a hard time in production because of unfinished script and his decling health, but he apologized to Wilder and Holden for his actions.

wonderful job with this video - love Audrey Hepburn- not to burst any bubbles, but apparently Bogie did not think Audrey was a good actress and said so- was not very nice on the set- . The real love affair, off screen as well, was with William Holden- who said in his later years that he had loved Audrey Hepburn always. great movie! thank you.

Love this song, love this movie... it's like you did a Vulcan mind meld and beat me to the punch for a video! I kid, I kid. Fantastic job, and I prefer this version of "Sabrina" to the 1995 remake.
