@1527384625 Plants, just like every other living thing, need sleep. The dark period is important for strong bud production.

@BombyCron42 yes but you dont need to do it. They automatically flower, does it make the buds better with a cycle cause i have heard that it doesnt matter

I waited for my trichs on my Supersonic Crystal Storm to turn amber, and they never really did. It wasn't the best plant to begin with and it had a of of stress on it at the beginning and never got anywhere near the size of yours, but it didn't turn out to bad for the crappiness of the start and the fact all I had was a 150w CFL.
